HubPaper’s services are accessible to all the Internet users, whatsoever: however, we are intransigent regarding the confidentiality of the informations you provide. Our section «Privacy» is here to help you understand how we collect personal data, and inform you on their use, in order for you to adopt the best behaviour on the HubPaper’s portal.

Informations Collection
- The term «personal data» is the data that can be used to contact you or to identify you.
- When you create an account on HubPaper’s portal, we ask you to provide basic informations, such as: surname, first name, company, address, e mail address, phone number, as well as other informations, collected  in order to identify and contact you.
- In some cases, we can ask you to provide us with personal informations, for example to share your opinion, take part in a game or an offer, or report an issue linked to HubPaper’s services. This is not compulsory.
- When you request informations or need help, HubPaper company will keep a trace on the request and how it has been solved.
- HubPaper automatically collects some informations in its network notes, trough your browser, i.e your IP address, your computer’s name, your browser’s type and version, your original addresses, and any other subscription informations.
HubPaper can also count the number of visit on a page and general informations, for analysis and statistics purposes.
- When you use HubPaper’s portal, to access a particular publication, the software will save the date and time when you have read the publication as well as the read publications. These data will not be associated to your personal data.

«Cookies»

- A «cookie» is a small amount of data which is transferred from your browser by a Web network and which can only be read by the network which sent you the cookie. Every website can send its own cookies to your browser, if your browser’s parameters allows it, but in order to protect your privacy, most of the websites only allow one website to access the cookies.
- HubPaper can place its own cookies on your computer and access. HubPaper uses cookies, in order to identify a visitor or a user who already consulted the portal, maintain the session’s connexion information for the users who are registered, and compile global statistics on the use of the site for a better understanding and improvement of HubPaper’s portal.

Personal information disclosure
In some cases, it might happened that we need to disclose some personal data. The reasons for that are the following:
- When we employ other companies to do some tasks in our name, such as: taking orders, customer service, mail posting, currency conversion, or any other business.
- If HubPaper company considers that a user interferes, or has bad intentions towards other users of HubPaper Portal, or go againt HubPaper’s General Sales Agreement and Terms of Use, or any other HubPaper’s legal rights
- HubPaper’s company can use your email address without authorisation for administrative ‘s or legal’s reasons. For example, copyright or muckracking’s violation’s issues., or to contact you regarding a litigious content that you might have loaded on HubPaper’s portal.
- Use and disclosure of anonymous informations.
The anonymous informations correspond to any other informations that personal data, for example collective informations derived from personal data.
The Anonymous informations will not include any personal data, and HubPaper will not reveal your personal data, unless as declared in the previous paragraph.
In addition, HubPaper reserves the right to use the Anonymous Informations in the following cases:
- Improve and HubPaper’s portal and services, control the traffic and the General Use models, or for any other objectives

Modify or delete your informations

- In regards with the Informatics and Freedom law (law n°78-17 dated from 6 January 1978), you have the right to control your personal informations and you can modify your subscription informations, by clicking on www.hubpaper.com
- If you wish to delete your subscription’s informations, you can send an e mail at support@hubpaper.com, or send us a letter. Your informations will therefore be deleted as soon as all your payment’s obligations have been payed. HubPaper doesn’t feel necessary to keep these informations for any pending legal actions, so we are in legal obligation for keeping your data.


Security
We do use efficient security methods to stop unauthorised access, maintain the data’s accuracy, and provide a correct use of the information.
- Your personal data will be stocked in a database protected by a firewall for more security. The database sheltered in the host is physically protected in a place belonging to a third party and a 24/7 control security control.
Only the staff is entitled to access the data centre and the servor with the database.
- Every communication to the HubPaper’s website regarding your Bank details use a special secured control with HSBC Bank, thanks to elysnet system.

Under 18 Law protection
- HubPaper company declines any responsibilities regarding the publication’s contents published on the portal. As a consequence, some contents could hurt young user’s feelings.
